Recently J4125 very hot in mini pc market, here we show this CPU’s information and our ODM service for mini pc with J4125.

Celeron J4125 processor released by Intel; release date: 4 Nov 2019. At the time of release, the processor cost $107. The processor is designed for desktop-computers and based on Gemini Lake Refresh microarchitecture.

CPU is locked to prevent overclocking. Total number of cores – 4, threads – 4. Maximum CPU clock speed – 2.70 GHz. Maximum operating temperature – 105 °C. Manufacturing process technology – 14 nm. Cache size: L1 – 224 KB, L2 – 4 MB.

Supported memory types: DDR4/LPDDR4 upto 2400 MT/s. Maximum memory size: 8 GB.

Supported socket types: FCBGA1090. Maximum number of processors in a configuration – 1. Power consumption (TDP): 10 Watt.

The processor has integrated graphics Intel UHD Graphics 600 with the following parameters: maximum frequency – 750 MHz, maximum video memory size – 8 GB.

As per customer request, we made some change on K4 motherboard, change it to be J4125 processor and Intel I210 Gigabit lan port.
