Some customers feedback that after the BIOS & Jumper setting, the RS485 still can’t detect the data output, please do below steps.

First, you should prepare 2 cables which like below.

Second， find below 4 PINS which marked “J485”, insert above cables and connect to COM5/COM6 respectively, please notice you should cut off the cable PIN8 and PIN9, and weld the red and black cable to PIN8 and PIN9 (D+ is on 8 & D- is on 9), see below images.

After the step seeting (BIOS+JUMPER), and this second step, then RS485 can work.
