The model i7-7500u is widely used in the world,  and now both DDR3L version and DDR4 version are all available, the only difference is memory slot, DDR3L slot only support DDR3L memory, the same DDR4 slot only support DDR4 memory, see below picture:

After learning the i7-7500u model memory, we have one tips for you, all of i7-7500u should install motherboard battery when you power on, or the pc won’t work normally!(i7-6600u/6500u model is the same, you need install motherboard battery before turn on the PC.) That’s why some customers say their new PC can’t use even they get it on the first day, because they don’t know this tips, usually the battery will be default inside the motherboard when we arrange delivery, but there are some special request from international transportation, some country(or customs) don’t allow import battery, and some logistics company don’t accept shipping within battery, so in these cases, we must take out the battery, and we will inform customers in advance, you can get this battery(model: CR2032, picture in below) in your local market, it’s very cheap, about 2RMB/piece, thank you for your understanding.
