Some customers meet this issue:Power Supply by Battery and shut down/restart for no appearing reason.

Here are some possible reasons:

1.

make sure it’s shut down,not screen saver.power interface fixed and support 12V~3A/5A power.

2.

computer power supply by battery and shut down/restart,it most likely because the unstable voltage supply,it may be better to have a regulator/UPS to ensure the stable and continous supply.

Some of our customers meet the same issue as you and solve it in this way.

3.

Pull out and reinsert the Memory chips,remove the cmos battery and put it back on the motherboard.
